I’ve just listened to ‘Elephant’ by Tame Impala because it was in the recommended section of a Unknown Mortal Orchestra song, and the song sounds really good! It reminds me of 60’s/70’s Psychedelic Rock music, and also The Kinks because of the distorted guitar sounds. 😛

i LOVE elephant sm it’s a bit of an outlier on lonerism as it’s the most rock sounding song on the album (i believe kevin came up with it back in the ep days and only recorded it when he was working on lonerism) and it is straight fire kevin cooked fr 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🗣️🗣️🗣️
i think if you liked elephant you should listen to solitude is bliss, which has the same kind of vibe (feels like we only go backwards is also good but you probably have already listened to that lol)

the symposium is incredibly underrated
they’re a really good comfort band in my opinion, their music is really simple and it makes me happy (even though many of their songs have pretty sad lyrics lol)
i found them through the song the physical attractions, but i think my favorite song from them is synth song, it’s really comforting idk how else to describe it, you should give them a listen if you like those kinds of songs (i’ve heard them described as psych rock and space rock but i don’t think they fit into any specific genre)

I’ve just listened to ‘Synth Song’ by The Symposium and I really like it! It sorta reminds me of Sunset Rollercoaster in terms of the comforting vibe.

I just checked out IVE’s newest comeback (Heya) and the concept is so unique!! I’m loving Yujin’s high note and adlibs in the bridge :DD And yeah Sheesh and Magnetic are so good!! I only did it once on this page because an album that I was excited for from a music duo that I like just came out last month, and it’s quite uncommon for me to write in all-caps.
