Well, we had to do opinions on predictions for the future today in English, and I wrote out two paragraphs in less than five minutes, and when my teacher saw that, she asked me “How do you write like you’re running out of time?” – and then she asked me what was the matter.
Well, the matter was that I had just bitten my tongue. Hard.
I Hate that! I try not to bite my tounge but it happens anyway
No, I mean I bit it on purpose, or I would have started rapping out My Shot or something and goodness knows what would have happened then

XD this made my day.
At mock trial practice I was helping one of the kids who was nervous about his delivery of his closing statement so I was listening to him deliver it and he was doing really well then he said “Gentlemen of the jury, I’m curious…” and I started to laugh so hard and this poor kid was so confused and I had to stop and explain that he was doing a great job and that I’m just a hopeless nerd. But he had written that by himself, and had never heard of Hamilton so I thought it was hilarious.
Admittedly, not a name I was expecting to show up in my textbook about women workers in Britain during the Great War. O.o
WHAT
It wasn’t the Peggy from Hamilton (I mean, the Peggy from the musical was Peggy Schuyler, she was never a Hamilton, so it wouldn’t have made sense to be her), it was just a coincidence with the name, but it definitely threw me off at first. XD

I asked my Physics teacher (I know he likes Hamilton a little) to play Hamilton as we were working on our lab and what song does he play but IT’S QUIET UPTOWN
And I was upset. XD Not just because it’s sad, but it’s a difficult example to give the class. Like it’s not very compelling out of context.
