For me, I don’t really do that. What matters is what they did and to who that decides my mind, gender doesn’t really matter to me 😛 I tend to like a lot of jerky characters, but it really depends.
I just usually tend to like nice characters. 😛
oof well then i hardly any actually nice characters because all of my “nice characters” have some kind of a bad side which makes them…not so nice.Who is your least favorite oc?
Mine is my oc Orpheus. He’s Ferris’ good for nothing father, who sees his son as a failure because of his lack of magic, is manipulative and pretty selfish. He is the conductor of most of Ferris’ suffering, and doesn’t feel at all sorry about it.
although hesayshe is to mess with Ferris’ head.Hmmm… I like most of my ocs, but perhaps my least favorite would be a character in my future novel (I still haven’t written anything about her and I haven’t named her). She’s the antagonist and she’s also Victoria’s mother. She’s rude, ignores Victoria, and manipulates her own sister.

Probably this character called Flip, he’s a protagonist but he’s really horrible to this one girl who gets bullied constantly. He’s just a pain 😛

Hmm…. probably an OC named Brynlie Jones. I love writing about her, but…….. The best way to describe her is basically the ‘terrible blond in heels and skinny jeans’.

Another cute friendship in my story is that between Corvus and Ev, two friends the twins make during their brief time at school. Throughout the story, Corvus calls Ev many things that are not their name, such as: Everest, Evan, Evanna, Evy, Evil, Evennia, and many other words and made up names containing ‘Ev’. Corvus is pretty sure Ev is short for something, and is very dedicated to discovering what despite Ev’s insistence that their name is just Ev.
apparently, I just realized that most of my character’s aren’t 100% evil savage jerks, they’re actually the half-nice, half-jerk characters, so I can make my characters morally good but still throw in a few insults here and there.
And sometimes, but not all the time, its the other way around–characters who seem like a cute smol bean, then turn out to be a demon who wants to commit murder on all of her half-brother’s many pets.

Here’s something I wrote a long time ago about my OC Pip and I just thought I might share it. I adore Pip. <3 She’s another one of my favorite OCs.
Pip opened her eyes. She was lying in her nest, her blankie underneath her. The coop was bright with sunlight. In the distance she saw her teddy bear, doll, and blocks. She gasped as her gaze fell on Mommy’s nest. It was empty. Mommy was nowhere in sight!
She looked around again, but still couldn’t see her. Then a dreadful thought struck her, What if Mommy disappeared!? Heart pounding, she sat up in her nest. “MOMMY!!!!!!!” she cried.
“I’m coming, I’m coming!” a familiar voice came from the kitchen. Is she alright?
Pip sighed with relief as the black-and-orange hen entered the room, alive and well. She snuggled into Mommy’s soft feathers.
“Let’s go have breakfast,” Mommy said, carrying her through the doorway and into the bright kitchen.
“Yeah!” Pip agreed happily, then added, “I’m so gwad you’re my mommy.”
Sitting in her high-chair, Pip swung her legs back and forth as she ate her warm porridge. I’m holding the spoon all by myself, she thought proudly, like a big hen!
The door swung open, and a tall gray rooster came in. This was the bravest rooster ever. Most chickens called him John, but his real name was Daddy.
A fly crawled across the checkered tablecloth in front of her. “You hungwy?” Pip asked, tossing a bit of porridge towards it.
Daddy glanced sternly at her, “Pip, stop playing with your food.”
“But Daddy, the fwy wants to eat,” Pip argued.
Daddy shooed the fly away with his wing, making Pip gasp in pity. “I’m sure it can find some food someplace else,” Daddy said.
Pip wasn’t so sure about that. She knew she should believe him- Daddy was very smart- but she couldn’t risk the poor little thing starving.
When Daddy turned away, she quickly scooped up a spoonful of porridge and dumped it on the floor. She sighed with relief- if the fly was hungry, it could find it.
tell me why I said all Pip’s words out loud-

I felt so bad when I killed off my OC Fuzzystar’s mate, Honeywing. It brought a lot of drama to the story, but it was so sad! 🙁

In one of my Warrior Fanfics, which some of the characters are based off my OCs which are based off of something else that is not fiction, I am pretty much obligated to kill off all the characters who aren’t based on my OCs, leading the protags into a dark, dark, life.
Heck, I even killed off Flamepaw’s and Leafpaw’s dad before they were even born, and I’m targeting their mother next now that they’re apprentices.
I have characters who loose all their family because of one mistake, and I have characters that are pretty much straight up psychopaths. So no, I feel bad for my OCs because I do so many bad things to them and don’t bat an eye.
I wrote a fanfic once and I made the main character financially challenged and anxious. I didn’t feel bad even though he was my favorite character. So… Proof that Falconpaw has no heart. 😛
Nah, just kidding, I felt kinda bad for him.
I kinda want to start writing about my OC Maggie again, because I kinda like her, but the trouble is,

3- Fireblaze and Jilly
It’s so much fun to write about these two together! There’s a lot of funny things that have happened between them and I love coming up with memorable moments that bring them closer together. Despite how much Fireblaze gets annoyed with Jilly, she really does care about her, and even enjoys having her around- Jilly never lets her be bored.
2- Fireblaze and Sophia
They have a really sweet friendship. From the very beginning, Fireblaze strongly admires Sophia and loves her as a friend. At first Fireblaze doesn’t know how to express her feelings, and even insists that her and Sophia are “business partners,” but she later admits that she needs Sophia and expresses how much she enjoys having her around. Sophia is a very sweet and supportive friend, and always encourages Fireblaze.
1- Sandy and Dusty
I find the bond between these sisters adorable, and I love writing about the two of them so much! They are super close, and get along really well. Both of them are very sweet and supportive. A lot of the parts I write about them are simple and cute, while others are extremely emotional and heartwarming. I’ve always loved writing about close sibling bonds, and Sandy and Dusty are perfect characters for that, which is probably why their relationship is my ultimate favorite to write about.

Koshiro kinda reminds me of Anakin in a way.
Koshiro was actually Yuri’s best friend until the death of his caregiver, which filled him with such strong anger and hatred that didn’t wear off until very late in the series.
Anakin Skywalker was a great Jedi until he was tempted and started getting filled with hate and anger. He thought he was saving his loved ones, but… Anyway, that hatred didn’t wear off until the bitter end of the line for him, if you know the Star Wars story.
So, in the end, they were just good boys that became filled with anger and hatred and became antagonists.
(Koshiro and Yuri are my OCs. Anakin is not… Quite obviously, I don’t have that storytelling power. 😛 )
