Analyzing the Bluestar-Swiftbreeze Extended Family Tree: Part 1 by Sunbreeze

Howdy there. It’s Sunbreeze, and I’m back with my third article in my family tree series. I’ve made two family tree articles in the past, one for Firestar’s family tree, and one for Robinwing’s. This time, I’ll be focusing on the Bluestar-Swiftbreeze extended family tree, which is one of the biggest family trees in all of Warriors, so much so that I split it into two parts. I’ll be focusing on the Swiftbreeze part of the family tree, simply because it’s slightly bigger and more complicated. Swiftbreeze is a minor character who you might remember from Bluestar’s Prophecy, though she’s appeared in a couple novellas as well.

We’ll start with Swiftbreeze’s mother, Flashnose. Now, Flashnose has a sister named Daisytoe, but we’ll focus on her in the second part. Flashnose has a daughter, Swiftbreeze, who as far as we know has no siblings. We’re starting nice and simple here, but it’s going to get into a complicated mess real quick.

Swiftbreeze mates with Adderfang (fun fact: Adderfang has SkyClan blood, meaning that all of his descendants inherit that SkyClan blood) and has two litters with him: one, consisting of Leopardfoot and Patchpelt, and the other, consisting of Redtail, Spottedleaf, and Willowpelt.

Patchpelt mates with two cats in his lifetime: Robinwing and Goldenflower. He has a son with Robinwing, Longtail, and has two kits with Goldenflower, Swiftpaw and Lynxkit. Leopardfoot mates with Pinestar and has a litter with him, consisting of Tigerstar I, Nightkit, and Mistkit. Willowpelt has a son, Graystripe, with an unknown tom (don’t try to argue with me about this, folks), and later has another litter with Whitestorm, consisting of Sorreltail, Sootfur, and Rainwhisker. Are you folks still on track? Good. Now we’ll dive into the complicated mess I spoke about earlier.

Tigerstar I, like his uncle, has two mates in his lifetime: Goldenflower (hey, just like his uncle again!), and Sasha. With Goldenflower, he has Bramblestar and Tawnypelt, and with Sasha, he has Hawkfrost and Mothwing. Graystripe also has two mates, Silverstream and Millie. With Silverstream, he has Feathertail and Stormfur, and with Millie, he has Bumblestripe, Blossomfall, and Briarlight. Sorreltail mates with Brackenfur and has two litter with him: one, consisting of Cinderheart, Poppyfrost, Honeyfern, and Molepaw, and the other, consisting of Lilyheart and Seedpaw.

Okay, now it starts getting a bit complicated. Bramblestar mates with Squirrelflight and has Alderheart, Sparkpelt, Juniperkit, and Dandelionkit. Tawnypelt mates with Rowanstar and has Tigerstar II, Flametail, and Dawnpelt. Stormfur mates with Brook and has Lark, Pine, Feather, and Breeze. Blossomfall mates with Thornclaw and has Stemleaf, Shellfur, Eaglewing, and Plumstone. Cinderheart mates with Lionblaze and has Fernsong, Hollytuft, Sorrelstripe, Snaptooth, Spotfur, and Flywhisker. Poppyfrost mates with Berrynose and Molewhisker and Cherryfall. Lilyheart mates with Snowbush and has Larksong, Leafshade, and Honeyfur. Are you still on track? Congratulations! Give yourself a pat on the back, you deserve it. It’ll get easier now, I promise.

Sparkpelt mates with Larksong and has Flamepaw, Finchpaw, and Flickerkit. Tigerstar II mates with Dovewing and has Shadowsight, Lightleap, and Pouncestep. Dawnpelt mates with Crowfrost and Juniperclaw, Strikestone, and Sleekwhisker. Fernsong mates with Ivypool and has Bristlefrost, Thriftear, and Flipclaw.
