I’ve come with some advice!
This is advice for concentration and relaxation! As well as some music that may help!
I’m doing this as, I am having pre-comps next week (which is the equivalent of a midterm) and it’s worth 50% of my grade this trimester.. scary. And, I know I need to focus on studying things, ESPECIALLY my econ! And, I have a hard time doing so as I dont like econ cuz of the terminologies. So I found some relaxing music and took out my notes, and started working on my study guide for it. And, I found that light rock and jazz helps with concentration! I found out a good relaxing playlist as well. The Legend of zelda has some pretty relaxing music already… but what if it was turned around? Yep! I found a playlist that is improvised music of the Legend of zelda! Try looking up Zelda and chill and Zelda and Chill 2 on YouTube, YouTube music, or Spotify! And, light rock! I have found twenty one pilots to be good help as well! If neither of these help very much, then try exploring for something that helps you! Ily all!! <3
