Do we have a basic premise for the story, Nettle?
I have gotten as far as… a warrior fan fiction. So no lol

So the rouges used to live there but the clans chased them out and now their mad so they steal young cats to cause the clans to turn on each other but the protagonist\s know the truth. Okay that was long

Maybe there is a PoT type cat, but who uses their powers to take over the Clans, and silences any cat who speaks up about what they are doing?
Or both! Corrupted clans arguing with each other, a war in the near future, missing cats and vengeful rouges

all we need is some names, a name for the fanfic, and an ordered plot.
I think it’d be funnier if the cat had a really ‘common’ name, like Birdpelt or whatever, so we don’t suspect them

Let’s gave a good and evil main character who both do kinda good things and bad things and then you can like try to justify the villian whose name is officaly Viperfang or something’s actions. And the good cat could be called(generates a name) Lilycloud? This is getting big now!
Normally if I were writing a fanfic alone I’d definitely have a name by now, but I think maybe before we start on the names we should try and flesh out the main idea a little more first? Those are great names though! I love the way Lilycloud sounds!
Alright, so if we’re gonna go PoT style, what power are they gonna have? Where and when is this? Umm, maybe the power to-wait, great idea coming-the leader of the rouges stole a powerful cat’s soul(a cat like in PoT, who has the power to control cats)and gets the power, but can only control one cat at a time and can’t control what the cat is saying, so we need to stop the cat and get the other cat’s soul back! Tell me what you think of this!!
I like that idea! Maybe they overestimate their powers and a cat their controlling gives away a secret?
That’s great! Although the cat whose soul was stolen is now in StarClan, so they make a quick journey there at the end to get the cat back and give him/her back his/her soul.
Yes! that’s good, i like the sound of that. We go to StarClan, a dear friend gets left behind just to make the reader emotional, one of the cats gives a clue to the secret(whatever it is), they decipher the clue, stop the cat with their knowledge of the secret(ooh i know the secret can be a special power the cat has and their weakness), and yay happily ever after with one death that makes the story not too happy!
