  • Maplekit’s Murder Mystery!

    Your Clanmate Stormblaze has been found dead!

    [spoiler title=”Possible Suspects/Witnesses”] Dapplestar – Her leader. Kind and compassionate most of the time, but the need for revenge can make her blind sometimes; is missing along with Bluebellsong, Mistflower, Aspensplash, Maplepaw, and Tanglepaw.
    Bluebellsong – Her kind and caring sister, who is currently missing along with Dapplestar, Mistflower, Aspensplash, Maplepaw, and Tanglepaw and has been mourning the death of her mate and kit, Ashfire and Blossomkit, for a few moons. She has a crush on Aspensplash, but she’d never admit it because she’s still getting over Ashfire’s death and she doesn’t want to rush into another relationship, and she feels guilty for falling in love again.
    Cloudshadow – Stormblaze’s loyal and determined mate, who can be blind to rage and peer pressure, but will always put his loyalty to his Clan first.
    Mistflower – Bluebellsong’s best friend, who cares deeply about her friend and is missing along with Bluebellsong, Aspensplash, Dapplestar, Maplepaw, and Tanglepaw
    Flowerdawn – Bluebellsong’s former apprentice and the current acting deputy while the leader and deputy are missing. She is very worried about her former mentor and has always looked up to her.
    Aspensplash – Bluebellsong’s love interest and a loyal warrior. He is currently missing along with Bluebellsong, Dapplestar, Mistflower, Maplepaw, and Tanglepaw.
    Maplepaw – Bluebellsong’s eager, quick-learning apprentice and Stormblaze’s kit. She is never seen without her best friend and sister, Tanglepaw. Sometimes she will only listen to Tanglepaw and Stormblaze. Sometimes she annoys Tanglepaw with her constant copying of her every move, but they are still best friends and sisters and they are very close. Maplepaw is a little too gullible and trusting sometimes. She is currently missing along with Bluebellsong, Dapplestar, Aspensplash, Mistflower, and Tanglepaw.
    Tanglepaw – Maplepaw’s sister, Aspensplash’s apprentice, and Stormblaze’s kit, Tanglepaw is kind of like the leader of the apprentices. She can be a bit bossy and sometimes impulsive, but when it comes to the safety of her Clanmates, she shows nothing but love and loyalty. She’s never seen without her adoring sister and best friend, Maplepaw. She is currently missing along with Bluebellsong, Dapplestar, Aspensplash, Mistflower, and Maplepaw.
    Onyxpaw – Stormblaze’s other kit, who is quiet and usually keeps to himself. He always plans things out carefully before saying or doing them. He is frenemies with
    Hickorypaw, who is his complete opposite. The only things they share are their eagerness for learning, their skill at hunting and fighting, and their hopes to someday become warriors and prove themselves once and for all for their Clanmates.
    Hickorypaw – Onyxpaw’s frenemy and one of the only non-missing (unmissing?) apprentices in the Clan. He is very energetic, bouncy, talkative, and impulsive. He is eager to learn, wants to be taken seriously, and wants to become a warrior. He tends to sort the importance of a cat by their rank or age rather than by their personality. [/spoiler]

    Tumblepaw was sleeping until mid -day because of a sickness, tumblepaw never left the camp
    Sunnystar, blackpaw and smokeheather were on a hunting patrol
    Sunnystar had an important discussion with shellsong the day befire, pikewatcher was the only other cat to hear it.
    The last person seen with shellsong was smokeheather
    Mistyheather was particularly upset that her daughter’s mate died
    Mistyheather was with both the kits in the nursery during the murder
    Blizzardmask was alone during the time of the murder, no-one knows or has seen now use got out of camp.
    Blizzardmask was shellsong’s mother by seemed less upset than other cats that weren’t even related to him.
    Boukderbrook talked to sunnystar after the murder and she was soon appointed the next deputy
    Boukderbrook seemed very happy to become deputy
    Talontuft seemed frustrated after the events of the day and went into the forest by himself
    Blizzardmask is pregnant

    Innocents:

    To become in the innocent list, they must get two vouches from two different people. You can vouch for one cat each round.

    Two questions per round, cats can lie

    You can only make one accusation the entire game so make sure you are certain before accusing.

    If you don’t guess after six rounds, another murder happens! :0.

      • Sorry, I forgot to mention but you must wait two rounds before making an accusation. If you are incorrect you can’t play anymore and there are lots of cats it can be, maybe ask a few questions and vouch for an innocent to try and gather more evidence! Accusations can come in round 3 and new hints are leaked round 4!

    RULES: 
    > QAMDO does not stand for anything. It’s not an acronym, just a random word I thought at the top of my head.
    > Every round, there will be a new game (e.g NTA) for you to play. Please follow the rules for each game. 
    > So, the points system works a little differently. Here, let me explain. 
    >> Every round, I will determine the winners and the amount of coins (points) they will receive. This number may be more than one depending on the difficulty of the game. 
    >> There are two types of coins: silver coins and golden coins. You know which one is worth more. I may add more coins later. 
    >> If you receive enough coins, you may purchase something from the QAMDO store. Right now, there isn’t much, so suggest your ideas for QAMDO rewards below (and play the game).

    [spoiler title=”Rules”] Possession:
    When you assume complete control over a cat in SkeldClan, it’s called “possession”. You can only start possessing cats at the beginning of the round, as the game starts when all the cats are possessed so there are no cats left to possess in the middle of the round. 
    In order to possess a cat, type in “I would like to possess [SkeldClan cat]” or any other synonyms. All the cats you possess will adopt the same gender and pronouns as you, however the entire clan cannot consist of clones of you as you can only possess three cats. 
    Once you possess your cat, I will directly reply to you with a spoiler box that consists of your possessed cat’s status, as I already pre-designated 20% of the clan (excluding kits) as murderers. If you happen to possess a designated murderer, your status box will include a Secret Page. The function of this page will be explained later in the Murderers section. If you happen to possess a murderer AND a clanmate, then pretend the clanmates don’t know anything. 
    Only members that possessed a cat can play, but you can still play my other game, QAMDO. 

    Clanmate Gameplay:
    Keep in mind there are no tasks in this game to complete. To secure a clanmate win, exile all of the murderers. If the clanmates win, you will receive 0.5 points for every clanmate you possess. 
    Although you cannot complete tasks, you can still do the following things each round: Report a body, stalk a suspect, and ask questions. 
    If you choose to report a body, then you can choose to report any one of the unreported bodies. Once you report a body, you will receive a spoiler box on the next post providing details about the crime scene on the next day (a.k.a post). If you want to know the crime scene details of an already-reported body, I suggest asking whoever reported that body.  
    If you choose to stalk a suspect, you will do exactly what the title says — stalk a suspect. Just simply say who you want to stalk. If you happened to stalk the correct cat (the murderer), one of these things are probably gonna happen: You find something important that guaruntees that this cat is the murderer, you witness them murdering someone else, or the murderer takes the chance and murders you. All results will be released in a spoiler box on the next day. 
    If you choose to ask questions, then you basically just…ask questions like a normal murder mystery. Each day, each one of your possessed cats can ask one question. If a question is directed at your possessed cat, then you can answer it, but you don’t have to. However, this may make you look s u s. If you have an answer to a question, then you must send it in a spoiler box to keep things secret. 
    When you believe a cat is s u s, then you can call an emergency meeting by saying “[Name] sus.” Once an emergency meeting is called, the possessors (not the cats) will vote for who is the most sus. No, possessors that are completely dead (i.e all their possessed cats are dead) cannot vote. After voting is finished, the most-voted cat will be exiled and I guess they die as well. Their status will be revealed afterwards. 
    You cannot ask questions or call votes if all of your possessed cats are dead, but you can still (kinda) engage in the game.  
    No, I will not store information. You will have to remember everything, write it on a note, or dig through the comments. 

    Murderer Gameplay:
    The amount of designated murderers in the Clan is about 20% of all the cats (excluding kits) during the possession rounds where no one is dying or getting exiled. 
    On the Possession section, it says that if you possessed a murderer you get a secret page. Well, the use of that secret page will be explained here. The secret page is for murderers to chat and murder people. The secret page will further be explained once you go there. 
    Like clanmates, murderers can report a body (but this may be sus if they’ve killed that body), stalk a “suspect”, ask questions, and call and vote during emergency meetings. The one thing they can do this is kill someone, and killing happens on the murderer hangout. 
    Murderers win once there is the same number of clanmates as there are murderers (like Among Us). Possessors of the murderers will receive two points no matter how many they’ve possessed.

    StarClan Gameplay:
    Although you can’t really do anything while dead (with tasks being removed), after the cats eject a cat who wasn’t a murderer, the murdered can release a one-letter clue relating to a murderer (all murderers are revealed after you die, whether you were murdered or not). For example, if Hollybang murders Flickkit but a clanmate is exiled instead, then Flickkit can release the letter “H” in reference to Hollybang. [/spoiler]
