Oh i never knew there was a pokemon discussion page. Yesterday I got a lot of 50 basic cards. Some include stage 1. Those were my 2nd but I lost my starter Pikachu

Hello! I know ive been gone for a while but does anyone think Pokemon sleep is worth it? Also should I start watching the anime again? I haven’t seen much since gen 7

what is niantic doing wih pkmn go…
they havent even finished the kalos pokedex and now theyre onto paldea please pick one and stick to it for more than a month 😭 😭
Niantic have released a game called Peridot, which seems to be very similar in terms of gameplay to Pokemon GO but without the Pokemon branding. 😛
I wonder if they’re going to end or limit development on PKMN GO so they can focus on adding updates to Peridot. I mean, I wouldn’t be surprised if they did that because Niantic is owned by Google, a company that likes to cancel projects whenever they feel like doing it (I mean, look at Google Stadia! 😛 ) plus I have the feeling that after the success of Pokemon GO, they want to achieve that same result but with a more original game/IP.
(Note: This is just a theory based on facts on speculation that I’ve heard; I’m not saying that Niantic will definitely shut down PKMN GO soon but with the way development and updates are going on that app, it wouldn’t surprise me if they replaced it with Peridot. 😛 )

i’ve played peridot and it’s actually pretty different! more tamagotchi-like, where you take care of your monsters i guess! i wouldn’t be surprised if pogo went away though!!

appreciation for all the miniseries that pokemon does because they’re some of the best content from the franchise
path to the peak was so cute and having a series based around the competitive scene was interesting! and paldean winds is looking absolutely beautiful!

Unpopular opinion : I LOVED Black & White! The starters, while wacky, adorable in their own way!!! I was only confused about Snivy being a snake – he had arms and legs! :O (thought Snivys were lizards :/) fact that Trip’s Serperior was Superior to everybody else’s Pokemons tho XD
Also, that one episode where Meowth got kinda hypnotized by team Plazma was kinda interesting – also the conversation XD

The funniest thing is everybody just going, “OMG! IS THAT A PIKACHU?!” and for the first time, people acknowledge the Meowth can LITERALLY TALK!
Example:
“Awe, Man, it’s just a Talking Meowth”
“Welp, I’mma just, run outta here!”
“Wait! A talking meowth?! darn! that’s pretty rare too! WE MISSED OUR CHANCE!!!!”
Ash: “Wait, Meowth?!”

i think black and white (i’m assuming we’re talking abt the anime specifically as loving the games has become a lot more popular recently) definitely had issues but i will always love it
Heyyyy has anyone seen Moonbreeze around lately, i know theyre a mod so they might be busy, but its just curious to me that they havent said much on this page in the past couple months, especially given how active they used to be (and if moonbreeze ends up being the one who mods this, hi!)
