could i get an allegiances of trailing stars and what the next chapter will be about? because goldi told me that i could write it sooooo 😛
Yes, you’re writing the next chapter 😀 On the “What is Trailing Stars?” page, it has a brief description for each of the chapters. For Chapter 27, it says: “Chapter 27: StarClan appear to every member of BlogClan and congratulate them. The key people in the story are addressed by StarClan, and applauded. Finally, everybody falls asleep.”
There’s not a technical allegiances for TS, seeing that the characters are based off of who is currently active on the blog or just important blogclanners in the story. You could use anyone on the blog in the story, but some people have provided brief descriptions on the Personality Profiles page. If you need help on how to depict blogclanners in the story, this will be very helpful. I heavily suggest you read (or reread if you need a refresher) all the previous chapters of TS to see what and who you might want to include 🙂 If you need any more help with the writing or the story or anything, BlogTeam is happy to help.

also vaguely how long are the chapters?
Uhh I don’t have an average or anything but I know my chapter was roughly 4500 words? Which I guess is on the longer side when it comes to the chapters, because I know others have been around 1500. So I guess it varies with the author 😛 I’d suggest you keep your chapter anywhere from 2000 to 5000 words.

uh also, who’s perspective should i write in? because in trailing stars i am currently a kit and uhhh, idk that wouldn’t be that interesting? 😛
I think you can technically choose whoever you want 😛 Most writers just choose themselves because it’s a lot easier to write the perspective from themselves instead of imagining what other people’s thoughts would be 🙂

I don’t understand. I thought it was Blackpaw that was writing chapter 27 but it says Rainsong and Copperclaw.
That list was made a long time ago! A lot of these writers and editors have gone inactive, so we’ve had to replace them with currently active BlogClanners. Rainsong and Copperclaw were originally meant to create the chapter, but since they haven’t been on the blog in a while, Blackpaw is writing it 🙂

The list is very outdated 😛 it’s the original writer/editor list from waaaaaaaat back when TS first started! Some of those members aren’t around anymore, so we pick new writers and editors using the Jar 🙂

Ok, whatever. Blackie, you’re probably working on the chapter already, but here’s my idea!
SO.
Chapter 27 plot idea says that StarClan will appear. I’m a writer-ish because of a writing contest and me and my friends wrote a chapter book, so I automatically began thinking about ideas for StarClan’s appearance.
In the books, there was the Moonstone and then the Moonpool. I was thinking of maybe there being a TREE to contact StarClan in the Trailing Stars book. Maybe there’s a clearing surrounded with a circle of huge trees. (Maybe called the Sky Pines? or Tall Oak, or . . . Ancient Willows?) Maybe it’s kinda far from camp so that’s why that cats haven’t discovered it yet.
One cat chases a peculiar looking bird to the clearing and accidentally slams into a tree. It might feel weird or different or whatever (Blackie it’s your choice obviously) and a StarClan cat comes out or starts speaking to explain what the tree does which is . . . the same thing as the Moonstone or the Moonpool, the Moontree! (Or Moonpine, or Moonoak, or Moonwillow or whatever you want.) Clan meeting and they meet StarClan there, during moonhigh (aka midnight for us :P) Key people in the story get spoken out and announced by StarClan (as the plot plan says) and they go to sleep and wake up in the next chapter!
I also have an idea for the last chapter is you want to hear it. 😀 PLEASSEE i want to saaaaaaaaaaaaaay
Idea for chapter 28!!
Ok. Author wakes up in their own comfortable bed, confused slightly, but NO TIME seems to have passed since before they turned into cats! They are confused but check the blog and THEIR CATLIFE STORY IS THERE. XD. So, they comment on BlogClan, and all of BlogClan replies, saying that it all happened to them but they have woken up to their room the same way. They agree to meet at a park after school. (let’s just say that they all live in the same neighborhood and that they can all come. :P)
Meeting at the park, BlogClan agrees to go into the forest to see evidence of their mysterious Cat Life that seems to have disappeared. They go into the forest and find everything there: camp, the small evidence of battle with badgers, foxes maybe? ect. and MOST IMPORTANTLY the whatever-the-StarClan-communication-tree-thing is called! Good clan, good new friends, lalalala and then WHATEVER HAPPENS YEET
Yeet . . . the WHEAT 😛 (Who started yeet the wheat??)
