I’m super excited for the new arc! 😀
Not sure why but I have the feeling Frostpaw’s sister Mistkit will be a character I love. Is there possibly anything I’m allowed to know about her ahead of time…? I know, I’m terribly impatient! 😛 It’s just so exciting!

Hey Kate! I think it would be sooo cool to have a super edition about Darktail. it could show his past, how he became leader of the kin! or how the kin came to be! it could make for a great story!

Things I’m looking forward to:
-Finding out Mistystar’s role in the book
-Getting to know Flamepaw, as he’s a character I’m pretty interested in
-Finding out Mistkit’s personality! I imagine her as a sweet, gentle cat.
-Frostpaw’s interactions with her siblings.
-Finding out who Mistkit’s and the other’s father is because I really want it to be Reedwhisker.
Reed whisker is probably Curlfeather’s dad,and she’s Frostpaw’s mother.I hope it’s jayclaw
I’m really hoping that her dad is Harrybrook! I have some theories on this a couple pages back. (One reason is that Frostpaw on the cover looks very similar to Harrybrook. This could stir up some really cool drama depending on what happens in ALitM)
Interesting!Lol I hate Harrybrook cuz he bullied Rootpaw/spring and never apologized and I therefore don’t want him to have kits,but I want Mistfeather to be Stormheart’s so Leafstar and Billystorm’s bloodline continues

Here are mine:
Frostkit/paw – quiet but optimistic, and from the blurb she seems really devoted and determined to help her Clan.
Mistkit – kind, gentle and very compassionate. A bit shy but also an encouraging sister
Graykit- the funny, playful, and easy-going one of the bunch who tries to cheer his sisters up
If you could become any Warriors character, which would it be?
I would want to be Ivypool.
Hmmm…Ivypool or Rootpaw. You can’t stop me.
I hope this means Finchpaw and Spireclaw get actual personality.And I hope Hollowspring gets a personality that isn’t just being mean to Shadowsight
I have hope of seeing my favorite characters in this arc!
-Rippleclaw/Buster is a former ShadowClan Warrior who now lives in the same neighborhood as Velvet, and ShadowClan was planning to go talk to him, so I might have a chance of seeing Velvet from Sunbeam’s perspective.
-As a medicine cat, Frostpaw can speak to StarClan so maybe Honeyfern will speak to her once StarClan returns.
-And although there’s not really any evidense that Jessy will return I’m really hoping she will, and it would be cool to see her interact with Flamepaw since he’s Bramble and Squirrel’s grandson, and considering Jessy’s history with them she probably has some affection for him.
Hey Kate, If you had to choose a title for 8.2, the book you are working on right now, what would it be? Also is there a working title for A Starless Clan #2 currently?

Yeah, but it’s not like Flamepaw is the only cat descended from Firestar. At this point, literally half the Clan is related to Firestar in some way or another. What about Flamepaw’s own sister, Finchpaw.
I hope this book also focuses on Larksong and Flickerkit. Losing a father and brother at birth has to have an impact.

Hello, Kate. According to the blurb, a Warrior Code will be changed. Does that mean in this series there will be an opportunity to see the previous Clan leaders back? Those who made the warrior’s code come into being?
It would be amazing to read about how they come to meet living cats and question their new reforms. Especially if a code telling about forbidden couples will be changed. I literally just imagine right now Emberstar’s angry face!
